New Project: Short and Sweet Birthday Wishes

Birthday die cuts and Let's Party sticker against a hot pink blank 5x7 card

In need of a quick and easy birthday card, but still want to add your personal touch? Here's a quick greeting that you can make in no time!

Materials:

5x7 card base in a color of your choice

Birthday sticker sentiments

Birthday die-cuts (purchased or make your own, as I did)

Wink of Stella Clear Glitter brushmarker

Double sided tape and foam tape

3 Simple Steps:

1. Choose your card base - I got a hot pink color to contrast with the greens of my die-cuts.

2. Choose your embellishments and sentiment - Add as many (or as little) as you like, sticking them on in different heights which you can achieve with the flat and three-dimensional foam tape.

3. Brush on some Wink of Stella - I LOVE WINK OF STELLA!!! I can't get over what a difference a little glitter makes! Since I printed my own die-cuts on my inkjet and cut them on my Silhouette Portrait, the ink on ordinary cardstock came out a little flat. I brushed on some Wink of Stella on the cupcake, cheeks, bag and banners behind the girl for some added sparkle.

That's it! Hope this quick project inspires you to make your own birthday wishes. Even if you're pressed for time, some stock and even scrap materials can go a long way to make your greeting extra special! Happy crafting! ♥
